Day 1: Ha Noi – Viet Farm Homestay (L,D)

7h30-8h15 : The bus will pick you up at hotel departure to Ngoc Hoa Village.En route you will pass fields of busy workers farming their rice fields using traditional methods of cultivation.

10h00 :Upon arrival Viet Farm home stay,enjoy a cup of tea with the local family and have a short rest.

10h45 :Bike around the country lanes and see some old traditional houses while enjoying the peaceful lifestyle of the local people.This is a great way tointeract, explore the rural Vietnamese architecture and traditional culture.Return to the local family for having lunch together.

13h30 : Wearing traditional farmer’s clothing, you will start farming work, including plough and rake with buffalo on the rice field. You can ride the buffalo, cultivating rice while a farmer explains the farming process of the wet rice.

14h45 :The bus will then take you to see the Khuc Thua Du Temple,Where began to rule the country when the Tang Dynasty collapsed, and is considered the ruler who marked the beginning of the independent Vietnam. This is an old temple in the north of Vietnam.

15h50:This is a great time enjoy a sampan-boat trip around the stork island(Bird island) located in Chi Lang Nam commune.The island is located in the middle of a broad lake with tens of thousands of storks and herons residing and nesting.The stork island is home to 20,000 storks, more than 7,000 herons of various kinds andprecious birds such as pelicans and teal residing together.Around 17h30 enjoy cooking class(we cook that we have dinner). Relax in the evening or join”Soil Firecracker”(Phao Dat). Overning in homestay.

Day 2: Viet Farm Homestay – Ha Long Bay (B,L,D)

7h30 Breakfast is serviced at the homestay.

8h30 Biking to see Ngoc Hoa(local) market. This is great way to see the market. Where local people brought  whatever they planted or raised to sell.

9h30:Check out the homestay Have a short rest  and then getting on the bus to departure for  Ha Long Bay.

12h00 get on the cruise with welcome drink. Check in a cabin, the lunch is served on the boat while beginning your boat through the fairy land of Ha Long Bay, passing by stone Dog  islet, incense burner islet, fighting cocks islets , swan islet, duck islet...ect

Drop anchor to explore Sung sot cave (Surprising cave), then enjoin kayaking. swimming, or relaxing on cruise. Sunset party is also organized on the sundeck – Free time for tasting the traditional local wine and some tropical fruits

19h00: Time for dinner on the boat.

20h30: Finish having dinner, take your time on cabin or having some drink at the bar, join the fishing, play exciting games, karaoke on the request. Overnight on boat

Day 3: Ha Long  Bay – Cat Ba Island ( B,L,D)

06h00:  If you like enjoying Ha Long bay’s sunrise, please get up early before 06:00.

07h00: Breakfast will be served while we start our cruise to a local Pearl Farm.

09h30: Our day boat will pick you up at Ava Cruise for sailing Lan Ha Bay and Viet Hai Wharf. From Viet Hai Wharf we will hop on bicycles for a 1,5 hour ride through picturesque trails straight to Viet Hai Village.

12h00: Lunch will be served on daily boat.

12h30: Go swimming or rest and relax on the beach.

14h00: Day boat will  drop off guest to Cat Ba Island Wharf (Beo Harbor) and proceed to hotel via local transportation.

Check in hotel upon arrival in Cat Ba town.

Free time to explore Cat Ba town.

18h30: Dinner will be served at a local hotel’s restaurant.

Sleep at the hotel in Cat Ba Island.

Day 4 : Cat ba –Ha Long-HaNoi or Ninh Binh

Option 1: Cat Ba Island -  Ha Long Bay  - Ninh Binh (B,L)

07:00: Have breakfast and check out  the hotel. The bus will take you to Beo Harbor. Get on a day  boat and cruise back to Ava cruise. On the way back you will see a fishing village filled with fishermen, you can go swimming as well.

10:00: Join cooking class demonstration (teaching you how to make our speciality, Spring rolls) on the cruise.

10:45: Lunch is served on the cruise

11:45: Arrive Ha Long harbour. Bus will then take you go to Ninh Binh town.

17h30 - 18h00: We drop you off at Ninh Binh town. The tour finished.

Option 2: Cat Ba Island – Ha Long Bay – Ha Noi (B,L)

07:00: Have breakfast and check out of the hotel. The bus will take you to Beo Harbor. Get on a day boat and cruise back to Ava cruise. On the way back you will see a fishing village filled with fishermen, you can go swimming as well.

10:00: Join cooking class demonstration (teaching you how to make our speciality, Spring rolls) on the cruise.

10:45: Lunch is served on the cruise (or at a local restaurant).

11:45: Arrive Ha Long harbour. Bus will then take you back to Ha Noi.

16h30 - 17h00: We drop you off at the hotel in Ha Noi old quarter. The tour finished.
